Booking a Function Hall: To book one of our function halls for your upcoming event, please follow the steps below:

1. Online Booking first if available.
2. Payment is to be made within 24 hours after booking, and a screenshot is to be shared with dedicated body members.
3. Check Availability: Review the availability of our function halls by referring to this page with the respective function hall section or contacting our dedicated team at lodhkshatriyats@gmail.com or calling +91 76600 08787. We recommend booking well in advance to secure your desired date and time.
4. Visit the Halls: We invite you to visit our function halls in person to experience their unique features, capacity, and amenities. Our team will be happy to give you a tour and answer any questions you may have.
5. Discuss Requirements: Share your event requirements, including the date, time, expected number of guests, and any specific preferences. Our team will work closely with you to understand your needs and ensure a seamless event experience.
6. Booking Confirmation: Once all details are finalized, our team will provide you with a booking agreement outlining the terms and conditions, along with the payment procedure. A deposit will be required to secure your reservation.
